SCHOLARSHIPS

  • The scholarships for international students include the Hubei Provincial Government Scholarship of 50,000 RMB per year (Covers 1-5% of Students) University Scholarships of 100,000 RMB (Covers 30% of Students)
  • The Scholarship is used to reward international students excellent in both character and studies.

Terms & Conditions

  • Program Application: The Applicant acknowledges and agrees to apply for the Clinical Medicine program at Hubei University of Science and Technology through this Agreement, which constitutes the sole and final undertaking.
  • Application Form: Students need to fill out the Application Form and Admission Requirements Form correctly and be responsible for providing all documents and Information as authentic/ original.
  • Document Authenticity: The Applicant shall bear full responsibility for the authenticity of all submitted documents.
  • Recognition of University: The Applicant acknowledges that Hubei University of Science and Technology is currently recognized by the Pakistan Medical & Dental Council (PMDC) for undergraduate programs.
  • 1st year Fee: All dues for the first year must be cleared before traveling. Pick-up and hostel accommodation will only be provided to students who have fully cleared their dues.
  • Second-Year Fee: I am responsible for paying the defined fee structure from 2nd year onwards according to university deadlines.
  • Regulatory Compliance: The Applicant shall adhere to all current and future regulations set forth by PMDC, Hubei University of Science and Technology, and the People’s Republic of China.
  • Expenses: The Applicant agrees to cover all expenses, including Application Fee, tuition fee, Hostel Fee, Residence Permit, Insurance, Physical Examination, Books, Airport Pick-Up fee, bedding, dorm deposit, Liaison Fee, Management & Development Fee, Food Bill, Water and Electricity Bills, and Travel expenses.
  • Management & Development Fee Payment: The Applicant must settle the service charges within 7 days of receiving the pre-admission letter from Hubei University of Science and Technology to avoid cancellation of pre-admission.
  • Hostel Fee: The hostel fee must be paid upon receiving JW202 after that have to be paid annually.
  • HSK 4 Requirement: I acknowledge the requirement to pass HSK 4 in 1st year as per the Ministry of Education China and Hubei University of Science and Technology rules and regulations.
  • University Rights: The University reserves the right to accept or reject any application and to expel students for any violation of university or Chinese laws.
  • Applicant's Responsibility: The Applicant acknowledges that their admission is voluntary and not coerced by any other party. In the event of the university's derecognition by relevant authorities, the company will not be held accountable.
  • Regulatory Updates: The Applicant pledges to comply with all regulations of the PMDC, the University, and the People’s Republic of China.
  • Medical Checkup: Students must undergo a mandatory medical checkup and pay the associated fee.
  • Airport Pick-Up: The Students Travelling in the group will be provided with Pick-up only from Wuhan Tianhe International Airport.
  • Residence Permit Fees Students are responsible for their Residence Permit fees, which are payable annually.
